In fact, I spent my first 3 years in the coaching industry getting paid to do the “how” work for prominent coaches and course creators who didn’t have the time to do it themselves.

The work that I did behind-the-scenes of their business led to $100K launches, up to $10K per month in “passive” product sales & most importantly - I gave them back their time.

But in doing this work I realized that…

A lot of coaches & course creators didn’t have $10K+ to have me working behind-the-scenes in their business every month.

And even worse, I knew that if the coaches I worked for & who couldn’t afford me knew exactly HOW I was doing it - they could do the work themselves in a short amount of time & cut me and other contractors entirely out of the picture (hello, higher profit margins 🤫)

SO I GOT CURIOUS & DECIDED TO TRY SOMETHING…

I CREATED A BETA PROGRAM CALLED DESIGNED TO SCALE where each week for 10 weeks I showed them exactly HOW to do back-end-work like build sales pages, grow their email list, create course portals, upsells students, write email sequences, launch, implement systems to save time— ALL OF IT.

I DECIDED (AGAINST ALL ADVICE) that the program would NOT focus on one specific system but rather help them figure out what sales, marketing, and product suite would work best for their business and lifestyle and support them in building that.

I WANTED TO MAKE THE TECH AS EASY AS POSSIBLE for them, so I took what I knew about web design, marketing, and sales psychology and created templates for every area of their business that they could plug their information into.
