Claude Co-Work 2 Hour AI Workshop

You've saved 47 AI prompts and tutorials. You've used three.

& honestly? Your business feels like it's taking longer to run.

You don't need more prompts, more AI training, or someone to do it for you. (The AI bros want you to think AI is something you have to "learn." It's not.)

You need 2 hours, one to three tasks you hate, & someone next to you while you actually build the fucking thing & deploy it.

It's 7 am Monday. Your phone buzzes. & for once, it's not a fire (they don't exist in business) - it's a brief.

"4 client meetings this week (here's where you left off last time). 12 follow-ups owed (drafted responses below). 3 priorities for today (Here's what I've started for you). 2 emails need responses — drafts ready in your inbox."

That's what we're building together.

Walk in, overwhelmed by the mental load of running a business. Walk out with your worst recurring task automated, scheduled, & running without you

+ plus the framework to repeat it for everything else eating your week.

You're not the founder bookmarking prompts at 11pm & never opening the folder.

You're not the woman paying for ChatGPT, Claude, & a prompt library, & using all three to medically diagnose your cat.

You're the CEO who knows the real flex is doing only what only you can do and leveraging AI to do pretty much everything else.

→ you get your time back.
→ You get your focus back.

But more than anything, the noise quiets.

The constant “don’t forget this” running in the background of your brain just isn’t there anymore.

That’s what changed everything for us.

This is what we’re currently using Claude Cowork for.

And why every week, we give it more.

Sort. Build. Automate.

Three steps to automate anything.

Sort — run every recurring task through The AI Hire Test.

The #1 reason AI implementation fails? Automating the wrong thing. Our method solves before you build a single workflow.

Build — pick ONE task. Build the assistant inside Claude Cowork. Connect ONE tool... your inbox, your calendar, your Notion. Set the instructions. Test it live with me.

Automate — put it on a schedule so it runs without you. The Monday 7am brief lands before your coffee. The lead follow-ups draft themselves before your morning walk. You stop having to remember.

Six automations we've implemented. None of them is on our plate anymore.

This is what's actually running in our business right now, on a schedule, without me lifting a finger:

The Inbox. Every morning Claude gives me a summary of my inbox &drafts the responses. I click send.

What it replaced: the first twenty minutes of every day spent deciding what needed attention & trying to sound coherent before my brain had fully arrived.

What it gave back: a morning that starts already moving.

The Daily Schedule. Claude pulls my daily tasks from ClickUp per project &builds my time-blocked schedule.

What it replaced: the daily decision of where to start across multiple clients, multiple projects, multiple competing priorities.

What it gave back: a day that's already structured when I sit down to begin it.

The Friday Report. Every Friday Claude sends my clients a full project update. What was done, what's next, what I need from them. I don't write a single word.

What it replaced: the Friday afternoon scramble to remember where every project stood & find the words to communicate it well at the end of a full week.

What it gave back: a Friday that ends clean & a new week where clients know the expectations.

The Meeting Minutes. Notion documents every meeting &extracts every action item. I stopped typing frantically on calls. I just get to be present.

What it replaced: the split attention of trying to listen &transcribe simultaneously, which meant doing neither particularly well.

What it gave back: the ability to actually be in the room.

The 4pm Review. Every day at 4pm Claude reviews all meeting minutes, preps the action items, &once approved adds them to ClickUp with assignees &due dates.

What it replaced: the end-of-day task of manually translating meeting notes into project tasks, assigning them, dating them, &hoping nothing fell through the gaps.

What it gave back: a 4pm that belongs to the work, not the administration of the work.

The Client Follow-Ups. Claude tracks every outstanding ask across every client. Who I'm waiting on, what's overdue, what needs a nudge. It drafts the follow-up. I review & send.

What it replaced: the 11pm panic of remembering Marsha was waiting on something three days ago &not being able to remember which thing it was.

What it gave back: the confidence that nothing is sitting in a corner getting cold.

In this workshop. You'll build the automations that make sense for your business.

Stop almost-using AI. Start every day already ahead of the game.Â
