Session two - switch rooms
Groups trade rooms and take on the other workshop, so everyone leaves having built both.
3:00 – 4:00  Together
Closing cocktail
Back together on the terrace to toast the day - and the artifacts - over drinks on the bay.

Cora-Lynn Hazelwood is the founder of Scaling by Design and creator of Designed to Scale. She scaled her own agency to six figures in under a year and, with her business partner Chantal, grew her course to $700K over three years; together they've launched thousands of courses and digital products over the past five years. Their specialty is taking business owners from 100K to multiple six figures while protecting the lifestyle and freedom they built the business for. Lisa Blanchet is an executive leadership coach and organizational change consultant with over 25 years guiding leaders and teams through complex change across telecom, finance, insurance, and healthcare. A Certified Change Practitioner and Certified Coach (CPCC), she is the founder of Creating Space for Change and leads The Courageous Middle, her work supporting women through midlife transitions. She opens the day by clearing the mindset blocks that keep women on the sidelines of AI.
